Just to see that sado-masochist P.E. teacher “Spike” Storey again in the 1960 photo put a shiver down my spine!

Just a bit after my time (BGS, 1951-58), but instantly recognised several staff – Nichols (Eng), G Hill (Geog), Ashby (dep head), Hardy (head), D—-? )French), Snelling (French), Davies (Chem), Weaks (woodwork, games), Anderson (Hist).
Also have somewhat painfull memories of Mr Storey – strangely my younger daughter (now 39) later knew his daughter (Helen) at Bulmershe, Reading (in 1970/80s).
I have a wide photo from the 1950s somewhere.
